Human Capital is a global search firm focused exclu­sively on the Energy, Softs and Metals sectors.

Established in 2003, we initially concentrated on building our Energy sup­ply and trading practice, working for a wide variety of clients around the world. This practice now employs over 35 researchers and consultants in London, Houston and Singapore, recruiting downstream specialists in Energy, Softs and Metals.

Our success to date stems from the quality of our research and our ability to identify and close talented individuals irrespective of their initial desire to move employment. As a result we have continued to grow despite the global economic slow down, recently launching our offering to the upstream energy community in Europe and the Middle East.
