Human Capital was set up by Justin Pearson and Nick Watt in 2003. With over 30 years of recruitment experience between them, Nick and Justin have experienced all the positives and negatives of working in the industry. Using this experience they have created a recruitment environment that rewards, challenges and accelerates the development of mature thinking, driven individuals.

We recognise that to be successful, we need to hire individuals who are passionate and knowledgeable about the sectors they specialise in and who feel empathy for their clients and candidates. Each individual is enrolled on an extensive bespoke training programme designed to improve product and functional knowledge, together with a recruitment methodology, management and business training programme intended to support each individual as they progress throughout their career.
