Managing Director, Recruitment Operations
A graduate in Law from the University of Wales, Nick began his working life in institutional sales before entering recruitment consultancy in 1994. Together with Justin Pearson, he set up Human Capital in 2003. Nick is now principally responsible for recruitment operations and delivery across the company.

Director, Europe
Tom joined the business in 2005 having previously worked as a semi professional actor and psychometrician. Tom is now Director of the European business and is based in our London office.

Elliot Pickering joined Human Capital in 2003. In 2006 he took over the management of the Continental European business, combining it with the UK business in 2008. He has recently relocated to Houston to co-head the Americas business.

Finance Director
A chartered accountant and an Economics graduate from University of Reading, Fazia joined Human Capital in late 2009 after a career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Markel International. Most recently Fazia was EMEA Finance Director for Fox Interactive Media.
