Established in 2003 and focussing solely on the Energy & Commodities sectors, Human Capital now has operational capability in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America. Headquartered in London, but with regional offices in Houston and Singapore, the business now employs over 35 dedicated consultants and researchers worldwide.

Clients include producers, utilities, banks, trading houses, E&P specialists, consultancies, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Functionally we recruit across the sector including retail, trading, finance, transportation and E&P. Our aim is to become the market leading global search firm across the Energy & Commodities value chains by 2012.
