Charles has over 25 years experience within the recruitment industry, initially joining Knight Programming in 1982 working both the UK and overseas markets. In 1987 he left to form the Computer Team Group, an IT contract recruitment consultancy, which was sold in 1995 after achieving sales of over £20m. He subsequently co-founded PRO which together with the Partners group forms the Hydrogen group and was floated on the stock market in 2006.

A graduate of Stirling University, Justin joined Michael Page in 1994. After 4 years recruiting financial specialists, he set up Active Training, a training and development consultancy delivering training services to a wide variety of recruitment businesses in the UK. In 2000 Justin sold Active Training and formed the Oxbridge Group, the merger of an established City recruitment consultancy and a recruitment website  serving the Oxbridge graduate community. In the summer of 2002, he sold his shareholding in the Oxbridge Group and formed Human Capital, which was subsequently launched in January 2003.

A graduate in Law from the University of Wales, Nick began his career within the institutional sales team of a bank before entering recruitment consultancy with Badenoch and Clarke and subsequently Hudson Shribman where he was responsible for the Financial Services and Commodities, Industry and Commerce and Public Sector divisions of the business.

In 1999 Nick joined the Oxbridge Group, taking responsibility for the performance and growth of a number of start up and established recruitment teams including the top performing Commodities team.

In the summer of 2002 Nick left the Oxbridge Group to establish Human Capital with Justin Pearson.
