Recruitment activity in metals trading has increased dramatically in 2007 as the banking sector seeks to capitalise on rising prices and the investor community's desire for exposure. Whilst it is a relatively small part of the commodity value chain, we expect to see recruitment activity to remain high for the foreseeable future.
