The rise of bio-fuels has been a major factor in the increased recruitment activity taking place in the softs markets. Traditionally recruitment activity in this space has been relatively low. We expect this to change dramatically in 2008 as the financial sector and the physical oil producers seek to improve their talent base in this space.
