In Europe we have covered the derivatives markets actively since 2005 and have seen demand again increase in this space within the investment banks on the sales side. Physical metals remains a very tight talent space and we are currently active in the trade finance sector as our clients look to get a foothold in the non traditional, emerging metals markets.
